Why Promotional Products?

People are flooded with advertising every day. They tune out radio and television commercials, skip over ads in newspapers and magazines. When advertising comes in a medium that the customer can use, they are more likely to appreciate and remember the message. In a recent study, 89% of consumers surveyed could recall the name of the advertiser on the promotional product they received in the past 24 months. 

Promotional products are powerful.  They are long-lasting, cost effective and they work -- both as effective forms of communication and as useable, appreciated, necessary tools.  You can reach more people, with a more permanent message, for a fraction of the cost.  Promotional products can have a measurable impact and be used to compliment other advertising.

In a recent survey, respondents were asked to provide their best estimate of the number of promotional products that were currently in:

The Kitchen --  The overwhelming majority (91%) had a last one promotional item in their kitchen; while an impressive 82% had anywhere between two and 11 or more! From pizza cutters to bag clips and ice cream scoops to water bottles -- kitchen products stick around!

The Office --  74% reported having at least one item; and 59% had anywhere between two and 11 or more.  Most popular products were pens, calculators, calendars, bookmarks, highlighters, and Post-It notes.

The Bedroom Closet or Other Storage Spaces -- 55% reported having at least one item; and 41% had anywhere between two and 11 or more.  T-Shirts, Polo shirts, caps, book bags, alarm clocks, and backpacks were popular. And stuffed animals, eye covers, and shoe horns even made the list!

Most importantly, 83% of consumers surveyed reported they like receiving promotional products with an advertising message.
